On your arrival at Athens airport you will be greeted by our English speaking transfer driver and you will be taken to your inner Athens hotel in the comfort of an air conditioned luxury car.Once you have checked and freshened up, the rest of the day is yours to explore explore Athens on your own. 

After an early breakfast you will be collected from your hotel for your tour of Athens. See the sights from the comfort on a modern air conditioned coach where our English speaking guide will take you to the principal modern and classical sites in Athens. From the austere beauty of Syntagma Square and the tomb of the Unknown Soldier to the Olympic Stadium, home to the Modern Olympic Games, the tour then visits the Temple of Zeus and finally, the Acropolis, that shines like a beacon over Athens. Wander around this most famous of ancient sites, taking in the amazing Parthenon, among other sites. The Museum at the Acropolis is also filled with amazing artefacts there for the discovery. You will be returned to you hotel in the afternoon, after which, the rest of the day is yours to do as you please. For the history buffs, the National Archaeological Museum is well worth a visit. The shopping in Athens around Omonia Square is as good as any in the world. Or you may choose to find a local taverna with traditional Greek music and enjoy your evening in this very traditional way. Athens is also home to many fine dining restaurants and clubs. You have an endless choice of things you can do.
